External Packaging

All packages must have external packaging (carton box, polymailer ) that covers 100% of exposed area. Labels such as waybill may be placed on the outer packaging during the delivery process.

💡Fragile items are recommended to be labelled with fragile stickers.
What are considered fragile items?

• Glass bottles
• Ceramics
• Electronics
• Liquids
• Artworks and musical instrumentals

*Whist fragile stickers should be pasted on packages. It is important to note that it does not replace the need for adequate packaging.
