Consol Mode - Where do I collect returns?

Merchants are required to

1. Collect Returns from iSC facilities that the orders were dispatched to originally.
2. Check with iSC on Returns whenever they dispatch orders to iSC facilities. Should there be Returns to collect, Merchants are required to check the Returns and sign Return Slip prepared by iSC as proof of collection.
3. Any Merchant or Delivery Personnel who shows up to collect orders (without dispatching any iSC order) may be requested to show proof of identity (e.g., staff ID, email proof to collect orders, verification with Merchant/CAG, etc) before iSC releases the order. This is for security reason to ensure orders are released to the correct person.
