TREX - Consol Mode - DEP and ARR Order
Order Statuses
Open: A new order that has not been processed yet. đź’ˇPartial or full order cancellations can only be done at this stage.
Ready to Ship: The order has been processed.
Shipping in Progress: Collection Centre (CC) has received the order.
Delivered to Customer: The order has been collected by the customer.
How to process the order
- In the Home Page, you may click into Open Orders. Alternatively, in the sidebar menu, click on Orders ➡️ All Orders
- Select an order
Departure Orders e.g., DCXXXXXXXXXX or DSXXXXXXXXXX.
Arrival Orders e.g., ACXXXXXXXXXX or ASXXXXXXXXXX. - Identify the item(s) purchased and check if you have sufficient stocks to fulfill the order. If order should be tagged to Gate Hold Room (GHR) or contains Liquid, Aerosols & Gels (LAG) products. Ensure Security Tamper Evident Bag (STEB) is used for LAG products.
- To process the order, click on Ready to Ship.
- A pop-up window will appear

If able to fulfil the order, select Yes..
Order status has changed to Ready to Ship - Print Documents ➡️ Print Order Receipt and Print Delivery Order

Seletar Airport (SA) DEP orders will be displayed as DEP_SA in the Terminal field.
Seletar Airport (SA) ARR orders will be displayed as ARR_SA in the Terminal field.
