Order Cancellations
The tutorial shows you how to process partial or full order cancellations when the order status is Open.
📝 Note:
Once orders have been processed (e.g., status is Ready to Ship), you will not be able to cancel it. Please contact our Customer Service Team at isc.cs@changiairport.com for assistance to cancel the order.
How to cancel the order
Partial Order Cancellation
- In the Home Page, you may click into Open Orders.
Alternatively, in the sidebar menu, click on Orders ➡️ All Orders
- Search for the Order to cancel
- In the top right hand corner, click on Cancel Order/ SKU

- Select Partial Order Cancellation and ✔️ the checkbox of the product that cannot be fulfilled

Under Quantity to Cancel ➡️ select accordingly.
For Cancellation Reasons ➡️ select the most appropriate option.
Once done ➡️ Yes

The SKU status in the Order will appear as Cancelled.
Full Order Cancellation
- In the Home Page, you may click into Open Orders.
Alternatively, in the sidebar menu, click on Orders ➡️ All Orders
- Search for the Order to cancel
- In the top right hand corner, click on Cancel Order/ SKU. Order status should be Open.


- Select Full Order Cancellation.
Under Cancellation Reasons ➡️ Select the most appropriate option. Once done ➡️ Yes.

Order status will be changed to Cancelled.
