When a section has been Rejected, the store status will change to Rejected as well.

You will receive an email notification on which section was Rejected and will be able to see the Rejection Reason. E.g., [Action Required] Finance details have been rejected, [Action Required] Leasing details have been rejected…


What to do next?

  1. Go to the Rejected section e.g., Business Information, Finance, Leasing etc.,
  2. Edit the field that had an error e.g., Swift Code, re-uploading the DCA document etc.,
  3. Once done, click Submit. The status of the section will be changed to Pending Approval
  4. The iSC teams will review respectively. Once the store has been approved, you will receive an email notification that the store is live.
