How to check the contract expiry date?

1. In the left sidebar menu, expand the My Account section.
2. Click on Shop Information
3. Click on the Contracts tab
4. Refer to the End Date field for the contract expiry date. You may also refer to the Duration (Months) of the current contract and the Status.
Why was my store temporarily suspended after updating shop information?
To ensure account security and accuracy, updates to certain key shop details will trigger a temporary suspension for review.
This applies to changes made to the following fields:
1. Store Name
2. Company Name
3. Business Registration Number
4. Bank Code
5. Branch Code
6. Bank Account Number
7. Bank Account Name
8. Bank Name
9. BIC/Swift Code
10. DCA/DDA documents
Your store will be automatically reactivated once the updated information has been reviewed and approved.
