- Products: Are all your products “Approved”?
Alternatively, you can also check if any products are in the “Changes Required” queue.
If there are products in the “Changes Required” queue, please check the rejection reason and edit the product accordingly.
- Shop Information: Are the section statuses “Approved”? If it is not, please check what is pending with your Onboarding PIC.
- Forms & Documentation: Have you submitted the soft copies of the Contract, DCA, DDA, E-invoicing, 2c2p and LiquidPay forms on TREX? (See Finance & Payments section under Shop Information in #2)
If so, have you mailed the hard copies of the DCA and DDA forms to our office?
Kindly review the email to confirm that all matters have been addressed and nothing remains pending.
- If you’ve checked out on all of the above, you should be almost ready to go “live”!
