CAG Consolidated Mode – Packing Instructions

1. All orders are to be packed individually on Customer order level basis before dispatching to iSC.
   Each individual order should be accompanied with proper documentation. ⚠️ Consolidated orders and/or consolidated documentations are not acceptable.
2. If engaging a third-party courier to dispatch orders to iSC, the orders are still required to be packed individually.
   It is the Merchant’s responsibility to ensure the third-party courier delivers the orders to iSC in good condition. Orders or items that are not in good condition will be highlighted to the Merchants after receiving.
