How to upload media banner for promotions
💡 Use JPEG format with image dimensions of 840 × 560px. For full banner specifications, please see Promotion Banner Dimensions.
- Login to SAP backoffice. Under Marketing ➡️ select Promotion Rules ➡️ click on SEARCH
- Click into on the promotion to include the media banner
- In the Rule Properties tab ➡️ click into Media ➡️ + Create new Catalog Unaware. A new window will open.
- Identifier: Name the image ➡️ NEXT
- Media content: Upload the image here➡️ NEXT
- Click NEXT ➡️ DONE
