How to upload a media banner for promotions

This tutorial explains how to upload a media banner for your promotion including where to access the upload tool and the supported file format.

💡 Use JPEG format with image dimensions of 840 × 560px. For full banner specifications, please see Promotion Banner Dimensions.

1. Login to SAP backoffice. Under Marketing ➡️ select Promotion Rules ➡️ click on SEARCH
2. Click into on the promotion to include the media banner
3. In the Rule Properties tab ➡️ click into Media ➡️ + Create new Catalog Unaware. A new window will open.
4. Identifier: Name the image ➡️ NEXT
5. Media content: Upload the image here➡️ NEXT
6. Click NEXT ➡️ DONE
