API Capabilities
1. Inventory Management
Check Stock: Retrieve list of products including current stock levels.
Stock Updates: Update stock quantities for a particular product or perform bulk updates via Excel file upload.
Track Changes: Access detailed logs of your bulk update records and processing statuses to ensure all updates are successfully completed.
2. Orders & Fulfilment
Order Sync: Retrieve all orders created within the last 60 days.
Order Status Updates: Automatically update order milestones such as Ready To Ship.
API Onboarding Flow

1. Access Documentation
Review our API documentation to understand available endpoints, data formats and integration requirements.
2. Compliance Check
We will review the submitted DPDD (Data Protection Due Diligence) Form submitted during onboarding and assess your backend processes. Additional checks on data handling processes may be required.
3. UAT/Sandbox
Receive your UAT credentials and tokens. Test your integration in our UAT environment to validate workflows and verify data accuracy.
4. Go Live
Receive your production API keys and begin automating your operations on TREX.
