Edit Products

💡 This tutorial shows you how to edit existing product listings in TREX, including updating key details such as price, stock levels, and descriptions.

⚠️ Note: Some fields cannot be changed after a product is created, including Category, Variant Group Code (VGC), Offer SKU, and Customer Type. To update these fields, you must delete and recreate the product.

1. Products ➡️ My Products
2. Search for the product that you would like to edit under the various tabs All Products, Pending or Changes Required. Alternatively, you may use the filters.
3. Click on the Product Name
4. Click on the various tabs to find the field that you would like to edit ➡️ Click on the pen icon to edit
5. Edit
6. Once done, click on Save & Proceed to Unique Attributes ➡️ click on the Category Attributes tab ➡️ Submit

1. Products ➡️ My Products
2. Search for the products that you wish to edit. 💡You may use the filters if you need to. Once done, click on the checkbox to select the products that you wish to export.
3. Generate Export File ➡️ Download Last Generated Export File
4. Edit the field/ column accordingly ➡️ Save the changes in the file
5. Products ➡️ Add New Products ➡️ Bulk Upload of Multiple Products
6. Click into the section to upload the file or simply drag & drop from the folder on your PC
7. Once done, click Upload New Template
8. Check the status of the upload to see if the product information has been updated in the system.
