- Products: Are all your products “Approved”?
Alternatively, you can also check if any products are in the “Changes Required” queue.
If there are products in the “Changes Required” queue, please check the rejection reason and edit the product accordingly.
- Shop Information: Are the section statuses “Approved”?


If it is not, please check what is pending with your Onboarding PIC.
- Forms & Documentation: Have you submitted the soft copies of the Contract, DCA, DDA and E-invoicing forms to the Planning & Leasing Team? Have you submitted the agreement forms and neccessary documentation to the 2c2p and LP teams respectively?
If so, have you mailed the hard copies of these forms to our office?
Kindly review the email to confirm that all matters have been addressed and nothing remains pending.
- If you’ve checked out on all of the above, you should be almost ready to go “live”!
