Products will be approved if their images adhere to our guidelines, ensuring consistency and standardization across our website.

Guidelines

Format: JPEG, PNG
Size: > 70kb
Background: Full white, non-transparent
Dimensions: At least 1100 x 1100 pixels (squared)
The product must be cropped to the horizontal or vertical edges of the Hero Image. (See below for more details)
Should only display the exact product a customer will receive. (See below for more details)
No watermarks, logos, symbols, or text should be included. (See below for more details)

Examples

The product must be cropped to the horizontal or vertical edges of the Hero Image.

💡This ensures that the product is sufficiently large for customers to see, as a white border will be applied to the Hero Image when it is uploaded onto the storefront.

The Hero Image should only display the exact product a customer will receive.
- Complementary items should not be shown (Phone Case Example – See Below.)

❌ Including the phone in the Hero Image as well.

- Product variants should not be shown (Phone Example – See below.)

✅ Displaying the single variant.

❌ Display all the variants.

- All items in a bundle must be clearly displayed, wherever possible.

No watermarks, logos, symbols, blurbs or text are allowed under any circumstances. Examples include (but not limited to):
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free
- 50% off, save $XX etc.
- Freebies
- GWP/PWP
- Merchant/Brand Exclusive Badges

❌ Should not display the Buy 5 Free 1 blurb.
