- Login to SAP backoffice. Under Marketing ➡️ select Promotion Rules ➡️ click on SEARCH ➡️ +
Code: e.g. TestPromo (no spacing)
Include the Promotion Name
Click on the Globe icon to provide the Mandarin translation (ZH). If unavailable, key in the Promotion Name (EN).
Shop: Type in your Store Name and select.
💡 Double click on the Green Banner at the top of the screen after clicking DONE. This opens up the promotion! - Click on the Rule Properties Tab
Website: select cagPromoGroup
Priority: 1000
Description: Brief promotion description for the customer. ➡️ Click on the GLOBE ICON to provide the Mandarin translation (ZH)
Link Name: indicate Shop Now. Click on the GLOBE ICON to provide the Mandarin translation (ZH)
Please indicate the Start Date/ Time and End Date/ Time if required. - Drag Container from Available Conditions and drop it in the center
In the Conditions & Actions Tab ➡️ Create a Container ID without spacing e.g. Brand_ABC. Each container needs to be given a unique identifier
Drag Qualifying Offers into the container
Quantity: 1 e.g. Customer must purchase at least 1 quantity of any product from the list of products
Offers: Select the Offers to define💡 These are the products that the customers should purchase to qualify for the promotion
You can search for the Products to define by using the SKU’s mp # or the Offer SKU code. You may find this in TREX.
Check the status of the Offer. It should be true. 
If it is false, the Offer is either OOS or inactive. If OOS, please replenish the stocks. If inactive, please check the availability period.

If the promotion is for the iSC website only or the WeChat platform only, please add the Qualifying By Channel.
If the promotion is for both the iSC website and the WeChat platform, please ignore this step.
Under Qualifying By Channel condition, click into Channel Type ➡️ select the channel meant for the promotion.

Actions: Percentage Discount (Y%)
- Drag Percentage discount on partner products and drop into the center

Percentage discount value: Input numeric value
Selection strategy:
Cheapest = ACTIONS will be applied on the cheapest product in the Target product containers.
Most Expensive = ACTIONS will be applied on the most expensive product in the Target product containers
💡 e.g. If Cheapest selected, 20% will be applied to the Cheapest product within the Target product container e.g. Brand_ABC
Qualifying product containers will contain the conditions to be evaluated. Click on + Add new item
In the left box, indicate the Container ID.
In the right box, input 0. 
Select the✔️
Target product containers will contain the products that the ACTIONS will be applied on. Click on + Add new item
In the left box, indicate the Container ID
In the right box, indicate the purchase quantity
Select the✔️
- SAVE
- PUBLISH
Customer will enjoy 10% off on the cheapest products if they purchase 2 quantities from the list of Qualifying Offers & CONDITIONS defined above are met

- Drag Fixed discount on partner products and drop into the center
