- After logging in to Okta, click on the SAP BackOffice application.
Under Marketing ➡️ select Promotion Rules ➡️ click on SEARCH ➡️ + 
- Code: Ensure code does not having spacing e.g., Jan2410offProductX
- Include the Promotion Name e.g., Jan’24: Enjoy $10 off when you buy Product X! ➡️ Click on the Globe icon to provide the Mandarin translation (ZH). If unavailable, copy over the Promotion Name (EN).
- Shop: Select your store.💡 Double click on the green banner located at the top of the screen after clicking DONE. Alternatively, you may still find the newly created Promotion Rule within this section.
- Indicate the Start Date/ Time and End Date/ Time
- In the Conditions & Actions Tab ➡️ Drag Qualifying Offers from Available Conditions and drop it in the center.
You may expand the Condition by clicking on the text.
- Offers: Select the Offers to define by indicating the mp#💡 These are the offers that the customers should purchase to qualify for the promotion.
You may find the product mp# in TREX. Go to My Products ➡️ Search for the product ➡️ Copy the mp#.
Please also check the status of the Offer. It should be true. 
If it is false, the Offer is either OOS or inactive. If OOS, please replenish the stocks. If inactive, please check the availability period. 
- *For WeChat Mini Program Applicable merchant only*
If the promotion is for the iSC website only or the WeChat platform only, please add the Qualifying By Channel.
If the promotion is for both the iSC website and the WeChat platform, please ignore this step.
Under Qualifying By Channel condition, click into Channel Type ➡️ select the channel meant for the promotion.
- Scroll down to the Actions section ➡️ Drag Fixed discount on products and drop into the center. You may expand the Condition by clicking on the text.
- Under Absolute discount value, click on + Add new item ➡️ Select the currency ➡️ Input the numeric value of the discount e.g., Input 10 for $10 off ➡️ ✔️
- Once done, click Save ➡️ Publish
- (For % Discount) If discount is in the % form instead, please drag Percentage discount on products and drop into the center. You may expand the Condition by clicking on the text.
- (For % Discount) Under Percentage discount value, input the numeric value of the discount e.g., Input 10 for 10% off. If there is a cap on the value of the discount, you may include it under Max discount cap ➡️ Input the $ value of the discount e.g., input 5 for the discount value to be capped at $5
- (For % Discount) Once done, click Save ➡️ Publish
