How to create a PWP Promotion

📝 Note: Share your intended Purchase With Purchase (PWP) mechanics with your Account Manager. They will request to enable the PWP feature for your account. Once your access is activated, you can follow the steps below to create your PWP promotion.

  1. Create the PWP SKUs in TREX.
  2. In the Okta portal, click on the SAP BackOffice application. Select the pwpmerchantrole option. This is another method of selecting the option.
  3. Click on the magnifying glass icon 🔍
    Click on +
  4. Code: Input the PWP Code. Please avoid spacing or any special characters. e.g., July2025MiffyPremiums📝 Note: Please copy this code as you will be using to search for your PWP promotion.
  5. Name: Input the Name as this will appear on the iShopChangi website and on the WCMP frontend. e.g., Miffy ExclusiveThis is where the Promotion Name will appear at the checkout page.
  6. Description: Input the Description as this will appear on the iShopChangi website and on the WCMP frontend. e.g., Spend a minimum of $XX to redeem a (Insert PWP Name). Capped at X premiums per order. This is where the Promotion Description will appear at the checkout page.
  7. Collection: Select the most appropriate collection point options application for this PWP promotion.
  8. Priority: 1000
  9. Cap per Order: Input the maximum amount entitled per order.
  10. Max Cap Per User: Input the maximum amount entitled per user.
  11. Minimum Spend: Input the minimum spend eligible for the PWP.
  12. Per Minimum Spend: Choose False if only 1 PWP is permitted for the total min. spend condition.
  13. Start Date: Include the Start Date of the promotion. Start Time should always be 12:00:00 AM.
  14. End Date: Include the End Date of the promotion.
  15. Shop: Select your Store.
  16. Brand: Select the Brand.
  17. Accessible Merchant ID: Input your store ID. You may find this in the Shop Information section of TREX. Once done, click on Finish.
  18. Search for the PWP promotion that using the code. Expand the window.
  19. PWP Offers And Prices: Click on + Create PWP Offer Price
  20. Offer and Product: Input the mp# of the PWP. This is where the PWPs will appear at the checkout page.
  21. Price: Input the price of the PWP.Click on Finish
  22. Channel: Select the eligible channel e.g., ISC, WCMP, NA if applicable for both.
  23. SaveOnce done, reach out to your iSC Marketing PIC for approval of PWP set-up. In-system approval is required for the PWP to go live.
