What are the types of payments that you will receive?

You will receive two main types of payments:

1. Disbursements of Sales Receipts and reimbursement for Changi eVouchers from CAG’s appointed Payment Service Providers
   CAG Appointed Payment Service Providers
   (a) Liquid handles ChangiPay transactions (including the reimbursement for Changi e-Vouchers).
   (b) 2c2p handles transactions for all other payment methods.
2. Reimbursement for the value of the CAG Funded Promotional Codes and CR Points
   When the customers apply Promotional Codes and CR Points (which will be converted to SGD-value when the CR Points are redeemed with CAG), the amounts payable by the customers on an order will be reduced. iSC will reimburse the Retailer for such reduced amounts arising from the Promotional Codes and CR Points that are issued by us and accepted only by us when used by the customers on the Portal.
   📝 Note: Merchant Funded Promo Codes and Merchant eVouchers are excluded.
