Internal Packaging

Package should be packed tightly and snugly to prevent movement of items inside the carton box during delivery. If it is not, please fill up the empty spaces in between with filling materials. Fragile items should be wrapped individually inside the box to prevent breakage.

How to pack bottles & liquids?

Ensure that all electronic devices are powered off with batteries removed from device where possible.
Tablets, computers and components are fragile and must be protect from damage.
Retail packaging is usually not enough to provide the protection needed during delivery. It is recommended to use the box in box packing technique for electronic goods.

How to pack electronic products?

  1. Bubble wrap (2 4 layers) or use Air Columns to secure item tightly
  2. Ensure item is in an upright position
  3. Fill all void spaces within the carton with fillers like Air Pillow, Kraft Paper, Packing Foam
  4. Seal external carton securely with tape (2” wide) across the main opening as well as the sides (H taping method) to ensure carton does not open during the delivery process
  5. Paste air waybill and fragile/upright sticker on external carton

External Packaging

All packages must have external packaging (carton box, polymailer ) that covers 100% of exposed area. Labels such as waybill may be placed on the outer packaging during the delivery process.

Fragile items are recommended to be labelled with fragile stickers. Glass bottles, ceramics, electronics, liquids, artworks and musical instruments are examples of fragile items.
📝 Note: Whist fragile stickers should be pasted on packages, it does not replace the need for adequate packaging.

A good way to gauge if your package is sufficiently protected for the entire transit journey is to apply the following rule:

  1. Wrap your items with bubble wrap bubbles facing inwards for better protection against impact and pressure externally
  2. When using bubble wrap, ensure the bubble wrap layers are around 3” thick.
  3. When taping the carton shut, the fillers in the carton box should be till the brim
