The tutorial shows you how to process partial or full order cancellations when the order status is Open.
📝 Note:
Once orders have been processed (e.g., status is Ready to Ship), you will not be able to cancel it. Please contact our Customer Service Team at isc.cs@changiairport.com for assistance to cancel the order.

How to cancel the order

Partial Order Cancellation

  1. In the Home Page, you may click into Open Orders. Alternatively, in the sidebar menu, click on Orders ➡️ All Orders
  2. Search for the Order to cancel
  3. In the top right hand corner, click on Cancel Order/ SKU
  4. Select Partial Order Cancellation and ✔️ the checkbox of the product that cannot be fulfilled
    Under Quantity to Cancel ➡️ select accordingly.
    For Cancellation Reasons ➡️ select the most appropriate option.
    Once done ➡️ Yes
     

    The SKU status in the Order will appear as Cancelled.

Full Order Cancellation

  1. In the Home Page, you may click into Open Orders. Alternatively, in the sidebar menu, click on Orders ➡️ All Orders
  2. Search for the Order to cancel
  3. In the top right hand corner, click on Cancel Order/ SKU. Order status should be Open.
  4. Select Full Order Cancellation.
    Under Cancellation Reasons ➡️ Select the most appropriate option. Once done ➡️ Yes.
    Order status will be changed to Cancelled.
