How to do a Partial Order Cancellation?

Cancellations can only be done when the order status is Open..

1. In the Home Page, you may click into Open Orders. Alternatively, in the sidebar menu, click on Orders All Orders
2. Search for the Order to cancel
3. In the top right hand corner, click on Cancel Order/ SKU
4. Select Partial Order Cancellation and  the checkbox of the product that cannot be fulfilled
   Under Quantity to Cancel select accordingly.
   For Cancellation Reasons select the most appropriate option.
   Once done Yes
    
   The SKU status in the Order will appear as Cancelled.
