Award Image

This tutorial explains how to upload your Award images in TREX and via the bulk template.

(Product Listings Page).

The product with the Awards on the PDP
(Product Display Page).

• Format: JPEG, PNG
• Size: Min 70kb, Max 250kb
• Dimensions: 600 x 600 pixels (squared)

1. Go to Products ➡️ My Products
2. Click on the Product Name
3. In the Generic Attributes tab ➡️ Click on the pen icon to edit. Scroll down to the Awards section. Drag and drop the image into the Awards Image 1 box. You may upload 2 more awards in the Awards Image 2 and Awards Image 3 boxes respectively.
4. Once done, click Save & Proceed to Category Attributes ➡️ Submit

1. Products ➡️ My Products
2. Select products to update. Click on Generate export file ➡️ Download last generated export file
3. Under the Awards 1 field ➡️ Input the image URL. You may include 2 more image URLs for the Awards 2 and Awards 3 fields respectively.
4. Products ➡️ Add New Products ➡️ Bulk Upload of Multiple Products. Scroll down to Uploaded Templates section, upload the file or drop it within the box. Click on Upload New Template💡 Please check the File Import section below to see the upload status!
5. Check the Error section, under Status. If there is an error, please download the error report to see what the error was. Make the necessary edits and try to re-import the file.
