Enable Home Delivery

The selection backend will enable Home Delivery orders for customers who are Travellers or Non-Travellers. 💡Please check your contract if you are authorised to sell your products for the Home Delivery option for Traveller or Non-Traveller customer types.

Non-Travellers (Home Delivery) selection

1. Products ➡️ My Products
2. Click on the Product Name ➡️ Click on the pen icon to edit
3. Under the Unique Attributes, scroll down to the Home Delivery field and select the most appropriate option.
   If selling to Non-Travellers (NT) only, select HomeNonTraveller
   If selling to Travellers (TR) only, select HomeTraveller
4. Once done, scroll to the end and click on Save & Proceed to Category Attributes ➡️ Submit.

1. Products ➡️ My Products
2. Select products to update. Click on Generate export file ➡️ Download last generated export file
3. Under the Home Delivery field ➡️ select accordingly
4. Products ➡️ Add New Products ➡️ Bulk Upload of Multiple Products
5. Scroll down to Uploaded Templates section, upload the file or drop it within the box. Click on Upload New Template 💡 Please check the File Import section below to see the upload status!
6. Check the Error section, under Status. If there is an error, please download the error report to see what the error was. Make the necessary edits and try to re-import the file.
